Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

- Be in its original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached (if applicable).
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization from us.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to damage or defect, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
